bkbd Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using this platform. All policies regarding accounts, bonuses, transactions, and responsible gaming are outlined here.

Important: For users aged 21 and above only. If a minor registers, their account will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

  • A strong password

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a prohibited activity.

bkbd may request any of the following documents at any time for identity verification:

  • Copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
  • Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
  • Proof of current address
  • Selfie or video verification (if required)

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your account details change, such as your mobile number or email, please inform our support team. Registering with false or incomplete information is a direct violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into your bkbd account:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes. This time may increase during the verification process or under special circumstances.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. bkbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bkbd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement and expiry period.
  • A bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
  • It is mandatory to read the specific terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • bkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

bkbd's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on bkbd are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules which should be reviewed before starting to play. Game outcomes are determined by impartial algorithms and cannot be altered.

6.2 Bet Validity

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that bet may be declared void and the stake will be refunded. bkbd is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sporting events. A separate policy will apply to bets if a match is postponed or cancelled. Odds in live betting may change at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Depositing funds into an account through illegal or fraudulent means
  • Money laundering or other financial crimes
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
  • Bonus abuse or manipulation to obtain bonuses
  • Using or attempting to access another user's account
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
  • Attempting to complete verification using a false identity or fake documents
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Conducting transactions in the name of a third party

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, funds may be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
